Bruna Formichella is the chef behind Ganache Pastry Kitchen. Born in Brazil, the chef has run a busy restaurant in downtown Rio de Janeiro for four years and has been in the food business for 10 years now. Currently located in Pittsburgh, PA, she brings her greatest passion, Pastry Arts, in the form of a new concept of catering for weddings and events in general. The main idea is to bring dessert tables to a whole new level, displaying different flavors, textures and combinations in a variety of small and delicious bites. The guests can try the whole spectrum of desserts and the sweets become part of the decoration of the party itself.
